Return Policy
Customers have the option to request a return for purchased items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original tags.
- Monetary refunds for cash-on-delivery (COD) purchases are not applicable. Orders will only be refunded as store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Any future purchases will be subject to the same COD/shipping fee procedures if applicable.
- Refunds for Credit/Debit card transactions will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction.
- Shipping fees, COD fees, taxes, and/or customs duties incurred will not be refunded. However, Value Added Tax (VAT) on the merchandise will be refunded.
- Refunds as store credit can be processed within 2 business days after the item is returned to our facility, and the credit will be visible in the customer's account within 12 hours.
- Refunds for Credit/Debit cards can be processed within 2 business days once the item is returned to our facility, but it may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear on the credit card statement, depending on the customer's bank.
Exclusions for Returns
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded: shakers, wearables, sports bras, socks, gloves, hand wraps, towels, mats, and similar items. Products that are available in sealed packaging cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Requesting Returns
Customers should email the Customer Support team at ecom@alsaqernutrition.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please provide the order number and the items you wish to return. Attach a photo of the item showing its condition and the original tag/box.
If the item meets the requirements, our support team will arrange for our courier to pick up the item from the customer.
Once the item is returned, a refund or store credit will be issued accordingly.
Additional Information
- Items must be returned within 7 days. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Any additional items returned that were not included in the approved list of returned items will be sent back to the customer, and the shipping cost will be charged.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached, including any belts and designer packaging. If items are not returned in their original state, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Damaged or faulty items should be reported to the Customer Support team at ecom@alsaqernutrition.com within 24 hours of receiving them. Our team will provide further instructions.
After receiving and verifying your return item(s), our Customer Support team will process the refund or store credit and provide you with the necessary updates.
