3. Same Day Delivery Option: For your convenience, we offer a Same Day Delivery option for orders placed before 12 PM. This service is available for the entire Dubai area and selected areas of Sharjah. Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered on the next business day.

5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and location. Orders over AED 500 are eligible for free standard shipping, while orders under AED 500 incur a nominal shipping fee. 6. Free Shipping Eligibility: Please note that a minimum order purchase of AED 500 is required to be eligible for free shipping.

9. Delayed or Lost Orders: For UAE orders, a parcel is considered lost if it remains within the postal system for 15 business days. In case of delays caused by the courier, we appreciate your understanding and patience. Replacement options will be explored after the specified waiting period.
